Ingredients
- 2 avocado peeled, seeded and sliced
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice optional
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- everything bagel seasoning
- gluten-free bread toasted
Instructions
- Mash avocados and lemon juice in a small bowl with the back of a fork and spread the avocado mixture on toasted bread.
- Season it with salt and black pepper to taste, and sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning.
- Top with desired toppings.

- Mash avocados by hand with a fork to maintain good texture; avoid food processors which can make it too mushy.
