- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine the baby carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
