Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken, cooked/shredded
- 3 cups cooked pasta (I use Rotini, but use whatever you have on hand)
- 20 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 6 oz French fried onions
- 2 cups mixed veggies *I used frozen
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, cream of chicken soup, broth, milk, 1/2 container of fried onions, veggies, garlic, seasoning salt, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and cover pan with foil.
- Place in preheated oven, 350 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and sprinkle remaining container of fried onions evenly on top.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve! Enjoy!
