Ingredients

  • ¼ to ½ avocado sliced
  • 2 strips cooked bacon
  • 4 tablespoons Garlic herb butter divided
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a pan, fry up your bacon until cooked through over medium heat. Remove from the pan and pat dry with a paper towel. (You may also bake the bacon in the oven.)
  2. Melt half of the butter in the pan.
  3. Toast the bread in the pan in the butter. Remove when golden brown.
  4. Melt the rest of the butter in the pan.
  5. Crack the egg into the pan, and fry to your desired consistency. (I fry mine for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute.)
  6. Once the egg and bacon are done cooking, slice the avocado and place onto the toasted bread.
  7. Layer the bacon on top of the avocado slices, then add the egg on top.
  8. Cut in half, and enjoy immediately.
