Ingredients

  • 6 large hard boiled eggs (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 3 bacon strips (fried and crumbled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (more or less, as desired)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients (except the mayonnaise) until combined.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, starting with 1/3 cup and adding more as you desire. Mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
