Ingredients
- 3 chopped ripe avocados
- 5 strips cooked and diced Smithfield Bacon
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 large chopped tomato
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Juice of one lime
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl add the 3 chopped ripe avocados, 5 strips cooked and diced Smithfield Bacon, ¼ cup diced red onion, 1 large chopped tomato, and ½ cup chopped cilantro. Mix together and mash with a fork to get the desired consistency.
- Mix in ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon paprika, juice of one lime, and salt and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or seal tightly with plastic wrap and serve within 24 hours.
