Bacon Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 chopped ripe avocados
  • 5 strips cooked and diced Smithfield Bacon
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Juice of one lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl add the 3 chopped ripe avocados, 5 strips cooked and diced Smithfield Bacon, ¼ cup diced red onion, 1 large chopped tomato, and ½ cup chopped cilantro. Mix together and mash with a fork to get the desired consistency.
  2. Mix in ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon paprika, juice of one lime, and salt and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve immediately or seal tightly with plastic wrap and serve within 24 hours.
