Ingredients
- 6-8 6-8 pork chops thick sliced with bone-in
- 2-3 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6-8 6-8 tablespoons bacon jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Drizzle olive oil into skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, cooking each side about 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of bacon jam on each pork chop. Place into preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
