Ingredients

  • 8 jalapeños sliced in half & seeded
  • 11 oz jar hot pepper bacon jam
  • 5 oz Triple creme brie
  • 16 lices Bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place a tablespoon of bacon jam and a slice of triple creme brie in each half of jalapeno.
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around each jalapeno popper.
  4. Place the bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers on a wire rack on top of a foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until bacon is cooked crisp enough to your liking.
