Ingredients

  • 1 ounce block cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 ounce packet ranch dip mix powdered
  • 6 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  • Bacon optional garnishes, cooked, crumbled, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer until completely smooth. 
  2. Add the sour cream and beat for 1 more minute until thoroughly combined with the cream cheese.
  3. Stir in the cheese, ranch mix, bacon and green onions until well combined.
  4. Serve, topped with additional babcon and green onions if desired.

Notes

  • Prepare the dip up to a day in advance to let flavors develop.
  • Add bacon and green onion garnishes just before serving for best texture and appearance.
  • Use fully softened cream cheese for a smooth, creamy dip; allow it to soften at room temperature or microwave briefly in short bursts.
  • Let the dip sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving to enhance creaminess.
