Ingredients
- 1 box 12 oz. Skinner Texas Shaped pasta
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 8 lices cooked bacon chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cups cooked peas
- 2-3 jalapeños sliced (add more to increase heat and fewer jalapenos to reduce heat)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Place cooked, drained pasta in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl stir together the ranch dressing and seasoning mix with mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Spoon the ranch dressing sour cream mixture into the bowl with the pasta. Stir to combine until all pasta is covered with the dressing.
- Add bacon, chopped tomatoes, cooked peas, cheese, and jalapenos to the pasta. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate the pasta salad until ready to serve.
