Bacon Topped Mozza Meatloaf

How to make the best meatloaf ever= meatloaf that is topped with bacon and mozzarella cheese! This meatloaf is low carb and keto!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup leave out for super low carb
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 cup shredded mozza
  • 5 slices Bacon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pre-heat your oven at 350 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients together.
  3. Press into a loaf pan. Place the strips of bacon across the top of the meatloaf.
  4. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, until the middle of the meatloaf reaches a temperature of 165 minimum.
