Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound Bacon
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Cut the ends off of the brussel sprouts and season them with salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon in half. Wrap each brussel sprout with a piece of the bacon and secure it to the brussel sprout with a toothpick.
- Dip each one in the brown sugar to coat the bacon in the brown sugar. Then place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cook time, until the bacon is crispy and the brussel sprouts are tender.
- Remove them from the baking sheet, remove the toothpicks, serve warm and enjoy!
