- ¾ cup frozen pineapple
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- 1-2* cups coconut milk I used Silk Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp coconut chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 ½ tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 coop vanilla protein powder optional
Garnish
- fresh strawberries
- Melted white chocolate to rim glass/drizzle
- pineapple slices
- coconut shavings
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a high speed blender. Add the milk last, starting with just one cup and adding more as needed (More milk = thinner smoothie. Less milk = thicker smoothie).
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until everything is combined. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
Cup of Yum
Notes
- Start with less liquid than you think you need and add more bit by bit. This will ensure a thicker smoothie rather than a juice-like consistency.
