Baked Apple Chips Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • an oven :)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 240.
  2. Core each apple and slice thin with a mandolin slicer.
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over slices.
  4. Place slices on metal baking sheet and bake for 2 hours or until edges curl and chips are dry.
  5. Transfer to wire rack to cool and completely dry.
  6. Store in a sealed container.

Notes

  • These apple slices the perfect after school snack, or are an easy addition to any kid’s lunches.
