Ingredients
- 16 ounce wheel of brie
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pistachios lightly crushed
- 5 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place brie on a baking sheet lined with a piece of parchment paper (just in case it leaks). Use a knife to score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern (this helps the honey seep into the cheese).
- Drizzle 3 tablespoons of honey over the cheese.
- When the oven reaches 350°F place brie in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl combine the dried fruit, pistachios, and 1 tablespoon of honey and stir together.
- When the cheese has finished baking remove it from the oven and top with the fruit, nuts, and honey, and drizzle remaining honey on top.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, and fresh fruit.
