Ingredients
- 300 grams Brie cheese
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam or jam of choice
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the wheel of brie onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- With a small paring knife, remove the rind from the top of the brie. I do so by carefully cutting a border and using a spoon to scrape the rind off. Then top the exposed brie cheese with jam.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of your brie. The cheese round should be soft to the touch. Once done, serve with some crackers.
