Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of green cabbage cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
