Baked Carrot Fries
Golden delicious baked Carrot Fries are quick and easy to prepare and make for a versatile side dish to any main dish.
Ingredients
- 3 carrot cut into fries (4 cups, large
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp parsley dried
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop the carrots into fry shapes and place them in a large mixing bowl along with the avocado oil, paprika, garlic, and sea salt.
- Use your hands to toss everything together until the carrots are well-coated with oil and seasoning.
- Spread the fries on the baking sheet into a single layer, giving them plenty of room to bake evenly.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fries are golden-brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
