Baked Carrot Fries

Ingredients

  • 3 carrot cut into fries (4 cups, large
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Chop the carrots into fry shapes and place them in a large mixing bowl along with the avocado oil, paprika, garlic, and sea salt.
  3. Use your hands to toss everything together until the carrots are well-coated with oil and seasoning.
  4. Spread the fries on the baking sheet into a single layer, giving them plenty of room to bake evenly. 
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fries are golden-brown. 
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
