Baked Chicken Legs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) for each clean up.
  3. Place the chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the drumsticks.  I used a basting brush to cover the chicken drumsticks evenly.
  5. Combine all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
  6. Rub the seasoning mixture over the drumsticks.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  8. Switch the oven to broil. Broil the drumsticks for 3-4 minutes to brown the drumsticks.
  9. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
