Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) for each clean up.
- Place the chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the drumsticks. I used a basting brush to cover the chicken drumsticks evenly.
- Combine all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over the drumsticks.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Switch the oven to broil. Broil the drumsticks for 3-4 minutes to brown the drumsticks.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
