Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line and grease a baking sheet.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into 24 meatballs, setting each about 1 inch apart on your baking sheet.
