Ingredients
- 6 bone in chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard*
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 garlic cloves minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the chicken in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Salt and pepper.
- In small bowl whisk together the butter, Italian seasoning, honey, dijon mustard, paprika, and garlic cloves.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken and bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees and is browned on the tops.
