Baked Chili-Lime French Fries
Baked french fries with a spicy chili-lime coating. These Baked Chili-Lime French Fries bring a little heat and a whole lot of flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 russet potato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lime
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut the potatoes into wedges or french fry shaped matchsticks.
- Place the cut potatoes onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Squeeze the lime juice over the potatoes. Dust the fries with chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Bake at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes.
