Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- 2 cups basmati rice rinsed and drained, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 4 cups water boiled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
Instructions
