Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips

Ingredients
- 1-2 green apples sliced very thinly using a mandoline
- cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Using a mandoline, cut the apples very thinly. Remove any seeds from any of the slices.
- Place the apple slices on the baking sheet, making sure not to overlap them.
- Sprinkle the top with cinnamon, to taste.
- Place into the oven to bake for 2 - 2½ hours, or until crisp.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
- Enjoy!
