Baked Crab

Easy baked crab recipe that anyone can make at home. You can use blue crab, mud crab, Dungeness crab, snow crab or king crab for sweet and flavorful crab.

Ingredients

  • 3 blue crabs
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the crab with cold water and place it in a wok. Add water and cover the wok with its lid.
  2. Turn up the heat to high and cook the crab in the wok for 8 minutes, turning the crabs every two minutes and covering the wok to continue cooking. The crabs are done when the shells turn bright orange and release a strong aroma.
  3. Add a little more water and continue cooking for a few additional minutes if the crabs are not fully cooked through.
