- 3 blue crabs
- 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Rinse the crab with cold water and place it in a wok. Add water and cover the wok with its lid.
- Turn up the heat to high and cook the crab in the wok for 8 minutes, turning the crabs every two minutes and covering the wok to continue cooking. The crabs are done when the shells turn bright orange and release a strong aroma.
- Add a little more water and continue cooking for a few additional minutes if the crabs are not fully cooked through.
