Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cranberry fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup green onion optional, chopped
  • Cracker for serving, or toasted baguette slices

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.
Prepare the Cranberry Sauce:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, granulated sugar, water, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Make the Cream Cheese Mixture:
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Dip:
  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  2. Pour the cranberry sauce over the cream cheese mixture and spread it out evenly.
