Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups polenta
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and butter a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the water, polenta, salt and pepper and whisk well.
  3. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake uncovered for 60-65 minutes(or until liquid is absorbed).
  4. Remove and whisk in parmesan cheese and butter until smooth.
