Baked Flounder Fish Recipe

Baked Flounder Fish is delicious, healthy, and made with a few simple ingredients. It’s seasoned with salt and pepper, and then baked in a lemon garlic juice to a light golden brown. Ingredients

  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish
  • optional other seasonings such as chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Set aside a baking dish.
  2. Season the flounder fish with salt and pepper (and optioanl other seasonings). Then place them in the baking dish.
  3. Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest and then pour the mixture over the flounder fillets.
  4. Place the lemon rounds on top of and around the fillets.
  5. Bake the flounder for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is fork-tender.
