Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts cut into 8 strips
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl mix the melted ¼ cup melted butter and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. In another shallow bowl mix the ½ cup bread crumbs, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon oregano, and ½ teaspoon parsley.
- Dip the 2 large chicken breasts cut into 8 strips into the melted butter and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout and no longer pink.
