Baked Greek Chicken
Simple and extra juicy, this baked greek chicken is loaded with flavor. Save with roasted potatoes and your favorite vegetable for a well balanced meal.
Ingredients
- 1.25 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon Greek seasoning
- 1 cup Greek yogurt fat-free
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish.
- Combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, Greek seasoning and pepper in a bowl and mix together.
- Spoon all of the mixture over the top of chicken breasts
- Cook for 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.
