Baked Greek Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish.
  2. Combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, Greek seasoning and pepper in a bowl and mix together.
  3. Spoon all of the mixture over the top of chicken breasts
  4. Cook for 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.
