Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants
Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants are made by filling halved mini croissants with a mix of buttery Dijon mustard, honey, and green onions, layered with smoked ham and Swiss cheese. After assembly, the croissants are brushed with an egg white wash sprinkled with poppy seeds and baked until golden brown.
