Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup  honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 lime , zested and juiced
  • 5 chicken thighs , bone in and skin on

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl or plastic bag and mix them together well.
  3. In a large cast iron or oven ready skillet add the chicken on medium high heat and brown with the skin side down for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken over so the skin side is up.
  5. Add on the remaining marinade and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
