Baked Parmesan Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 tomato sliced into 3 thick slices, each, large
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, fresh
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- Lay tomatoes onto the baking sheet, cut side up. Top each tomato with Parmesan cheese, oregano and salt and pepper. Drizzle the tablespoon of olive oil evenly over all the tomatoes.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until tomatoes are tender and cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

- Yields: 12 tomatoes slices. Serves 4 to 6.
