Baked Peaches - A sweet French dessert

Baked Peaches with bread slices offer a gently warmed dessert where soft peaches rest atop tender bread, enhanced by sugar and butter melting into the fruit's cavity. Baking them at a low temperature cooks the peaches through while soaking the bread with sweet peach juices and melted butter, creating a simple yet satisfying treat. The sugar in the peach centers caramelizes slightly during baking, adding a subtle sweetness that complements the fruit's natural flavor.
