Baked Pesto Salmon (Only 3 Ingredients)

With just 3 ingredients, this pesto baked salmon comes out perfectly moist, flakey, and juicy every single time. Great served as a salad or pasta topper!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Slice the salmon into equal-sized pieces.
  2. Assemble the salmon skin-side down on a baking dish.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and apply a few spoonfuls of pesto to each piece.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 12 minutes (depending on the thickness of the filet, it may need more or less time). You'll know the salmon is ready when the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Enjoy!
