Baked Polenta Fries Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16-18 ounces pre-cooked polenta any flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 450. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cooked polenta into ½ X ½ X 3 inch segments. Place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle the oil over the top, then sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Gently toss to coat the polenta fries in oil and seasoning.
  3. Spread the fries out in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Then flip and bake another 15-20 minutes.
