Ingredients
- 5 lbs chicken thighs bone in (about 8 chicken thighs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp hidden valley ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Rub the chicken thighs all over with olive oil, then coat them in the ranch seasoning. Optional: Rub the seasoning under the skin as well as on top for extra ranch flavor throughout the chicken.
- Arrange them onto the baking sheet skin side up and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165˚F and the edges start to get golden brown.Optional: Turn the oven to broil for the last 3-5 minutes to get an extra crispy skin. Make sure to watch them carefully if you use broil, because they will cook quickly.
- Let rest 5 minutes, then serve warm!
