Baked Shrimp
You may wonder why you aren't enjoying shrimp more often after discovering how easy and delicious baked shrimp can be!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Shrimp peeled and deveined, large
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Transfer the shrimp to the prepared baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve with lemon wedges.
