Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast skinless and boneless, large
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs , or crushed cornflakes, or crispy rice cereal
- 1 teaspoon italian herbs crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Pound chicken flat until about 1/2" thick.
- Place chicken into a greased 11"x7" baking dish.
- Spread the sour cream over the chicken.
