Baked Spiced Salmon Fillet Recipe

Oven baked salmon in a spicy olive oil seasoning. 20 min tops to make this for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pieces garlic cloves fresh, crushed
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Ground
  • 1½ Teaspoon thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika or Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 Salmon fillet
  • lemon slices to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F./ 180°C.
  2. Prepare the seasoning blend by combining crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika or cayenne pepper and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillet into a rectangular baking dish next to each other.
  4. Make light cuts into the top of your fish fillet. That way the seasoning will penetrate the meat better.
  5. Spread oily seasoning over the fish fillet and rub it in.
  6. Cover baking dish with tin foil.
  7. Bake salmon fillet for about 12-15 minutes at 350° F./ 180°C.
  8. Uncover baking dish over baking and garnish with lemon slices.
  9. Serve hot.
