Baked Sticky Honey Sesame Chicken Wings

Easy and delicious chicken wings marinated in a soy, honey and sesame sauce, then baked to delicious, sticky chicken wing perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds chicken wings trimmed, divided into pieces and wing tips removed
Marinade
  • 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
Garnishes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Instructions

  1. In a large sealing plastic bag, combine the marinade ingredients. Add in the wings. Marinade for 2-3 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Remove the wings from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade in the bag.
  4. Place the wings on the lined baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake for 25-30 minutes OR until the wings are cooked through and the sauce has formed a sticky crust on the outside. Turn the wings halfway through cooking.
  5. Remove and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
