Ingredients

  • 5 chicken thighs , bone-in and skin-on
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder ground
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce , Tapatio or Sriracha

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl and marinate 4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Add the chicken and and the marinade to the prepared dish, skin side up.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, until the skin is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
