Baked Sweet Potato Fries
These baked sweet potato fries are colorful, crispy, and flavorful. They make a delicious side for burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, or on their own as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash, pat dry and peel sweet potatoes. Slice potatoes into long, French-fry size, sticks.
- Place sliced sweet potatoes in a resealable bag.
- Add just enough vegetable oil to lightly coat the sweet potatoes. Seal the bag and toss to distribute the oil evenly.
- Distribute the sweet potatoes onto a cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning often, until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle on Kosher salt, to taste.
- Serve with Sweet Potato Fries Dipping Sauce.
