Baked tilapia with Avocado Mango Salsa

Simple baked tilapia fish dish topped with avocado mango salsa. Delicious no fuss healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia or any white fish, filets
  • 1 1/2 lime divided
  • 2 avocado ripe
  • 1 Mango diced, medium
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place fish on a baking sheet and squeeze 1/2 lime juice over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook 7 minutes for thinly sliced fish or cook until opaque and cooked through.
  4. While fish is cooking, in a medium bowl mash avocados. Squeeze juice for 1 lime and fold into mix.
  5. Add diced mangos and Jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add to cooked fish.
