Baked Turkey Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary minced finely
  • 4 turkey wings , about 2 1/2-3 pounds
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking pan with foil.
  2. In a bowl mix together the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rubbed sage and rosemary.
  3. Pat the turkey wings dry with a paper towel.
  4. Coat with melted butter, then season with the seasoning mix.
  5. Add the chicken broth to the baking pan.
  6. Place the turkey wings into the baking pan.
  7. Cook for 90 minutes covered, uncover and cook for 20 minutes to brown.
