Baked Turkey Wings

Tender, meaty and delicious, making some baked turkey wings at home is super easy once you know how!

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs turkey wings (cut into sections if whole)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 cups chicken or turkey broth
Seasoning
  • 1 batch turkey seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°
  2. Oil a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
  3. Clean the turkey wings removing any feathers etc.
  4. Place the wings into a mixing bowl and drizzle the olive oil over them. Rub the olive oil onto the wings.
  5. Sprinkle the turkey seasoning onto the wings on all sides.
  6. Place the turkey wings into the greased dish.
  7. Pour the broth into the bottom of the pan being careful not to wash the seasoning off of the wings.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
