- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar granulated
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick at room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
