Balsamic-Glazed Chicken with Citrus Salad & Quinoa

This dish features skinless, boneless chicken breasts brushed with a sweet and tangy maple-balsamic glaze, cooked in a skillet to develop flavor and juiciness. It is accompanied by two fresh salads: a quinoa and green onion salad dressed with apple cider vinegar and olive oil, and a citrus spinach salad with mint, orange slices, almonds, and goat cheese. The combination balances rich protein with bright, acidic, and herbal notes for a well-rounded meal.
