Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled & diced
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter creamy
  • ½ cup almond milk plain unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • The ice cubes can be replaced with one cup of frozen strawberries for a banana berry almond milk smoothie.
  • To make this recipe vegan, replace the honey with maple syrup.
